PT.JAC Indonesia (JAC) provides this websites to users on basis of this Terms of Use (Term). By using the Service, you consent to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Our Service
The Service JAC provide on this Website is mainly recruitment service. Through this Service, JAC introduces you some enterprise free in consideration for your career, skill, aptitude and your view of future, provides seminar or lecture information. The Service includes registration page that Users can input and upload their contact information and CV.
2. Users
2.1. Users are who apply our Service and whom JAC has approved; or who uses the Service virtually. 2.2. Users are considered to agree on this Terms of Use including updated when Users apply the Service and start using the Service.
3. Application and Approval
3.1. User is considered to agree to follow our designation on applying the Service.
3.2. JAC vets appliers on our rules. In case JAC regards user is not proper on using our Service, JAC can cancel the application in any time without any announcement. JAC doesn’t owe any responsibility to act such as publishing the reason, answer the question.
4. ID・Password
4.1. JAC provides ID and Password for Users in applying one of our Services.
4.2. User has responsibility to use and keep issued ID and password.
4.3. It is prohibited that User provide, transfer the right, lend, modification of any applied information, buy and sell ID and password to the third party.
4.4. JAC doesn’t owe any responsibility for any loss occurred by usage of the third party or wrong usage.
5. Information
JAC doesn’t owe any responsibility on loss / damage for information providing by third party, such as company profile, advertisement, classified ad. It is because the third party will provide on their responsibility.
6. Providing Service
6.1. JAC considers User has agreed that JAC contact them by e-mail, direct mail, post, telephone and fax in using Service.
6.2. JAC considers User has agreed that JAC edit and publish information or usage condition on website, newspaper, advertisement or any other media on our Service except private information.
6.3. JAC considers User has agreed that JAC provides information or usage condition on the Service for partner enterprise and media to edit and publish.
6.4. JAC endeavors to keep confidential not to specific User individual in case 6.2. and 6.3.
6.5. JAC doesn’t owe any responsibility any damage or loss occurred from above.
7. unwarranted
7.1. JAC doesn’t guarantee that there is no error or bug on website or no prejudicial matter such as virus on our server, infrastructure or system.
7.2. JAC doesn’t guarantee that the Service doesn’t disturb the third party’s right by Users using our Service.
7.3. JAC doesn’t guarantee effectiveness that User definitely success on their turning over or career by using our Service.
7.4. JAC considers User fully understand the above and agree in using our Service.
7.5. JAC doesn’t owe responsibility on any damage and loss occurred in case above.
8. Cancellation of Service
8.1. JAC can modify, cancel or stop to provide the Service without any announcement or approval in case;
8.1.1. There is necessity to check and update infrastructure and system urgently.
8.1.2. It is hard to provide the Service because of inevitability such as damage caused by virus, fire, blackout and disaster.
8.1.3. Unexpected system trouble occurs.
8.1.4. It is hard to provide the Service in any other unforeseen circumstances.
8.2. JAC can stop pr complete our Service with announcement on website for a while and inform to User.
8.3. JAC doesn't owe responsibility for any dame or loss occurred in case above.
9. Prohibition
User is prohibited to act below in using the Service;
9.1. To input wrong and falsehood information.
9.2. To abuse, threat and coerce User or the third party.
9.3. To invade Users or the third party’s copyright, brand and any other rights such as intelligence property.
9.4. To invade User’s or the third party’s estate, honor, privacy and portrait.
9.5. To use the Service for any commercial or official usage such as copy, sell, edit, publish information User can gain through the Service.
9.6. To provide information for commercial, sell and mission by using the Service.
9.7. To defame JAC defaming or any relating act to cause defaming.
9.8. To abuse, threat and coerce JAC (including executive and employees) or any other relating act can be obstacle to buisiness.
9.9. Any act relating to delinquency.
9.10. Act against public ordered standards of decency or any law, legistration or decree.
10. User’s Obligation
User should keep any confidential and private information regarding to JAC, the client and the third party known through the Service. User is prohibited to destroy, damage, publish, use, open and provide information illegally without any approval by JAC.
11. User’s Responsibility
11.1. User uses the service on their responsibility.
11.2. User should owe responsibility for input data and JAC should not owe any responsibility.
11.3. User can use the Service only on purpose for private usage to collect information regarding to recruitment and career up. User is prohibited to use the Service in any other purpose.
12. Indemnification
JAC doesn't owe any responsibility for any damage or loss that would occur from applying or using the Service.
13. Amendment of Terms & Condition
JAC can amend the Term in any time and be active in updating on webside.
14. Erase data
User can erase or cancel the Service in by the rules JAC stated in any time.
15. Damage
15.1. User must recompense on their expense and responsibility in case User damage JAC, the exective, the crient, the other User and the other party.
15.2. User should solve the any claim by User’s expense and responsibility in case JAC is claimed by the exective, the crient, the other User and the other party in above case.
16. Jurisdiction
JAC and User agree to nominate Central Jakarta Court in dispute in first instance regarding to this Terms.
Law of Republic of Indonesia is applied in construction the Terms.
17. Invalid
In case one of Terms is interpreted as against the low above, the other part is active.
